Experiential/Action-based Learning

Our programs are strategic, innovative, meaningful, exciting and founded on the principles of experiential learning. Experiential learning is an action-based approach focused on learning by doing. During our programs the participants are given the opportunity to engage in unique activities that are designed to be analogous to their current working, learning and living situation. This powerful method of learning increases the potential for long-term impact and change.
